Zero Point Grinder

 This technique does not work on my grinder. Too far from the centre. Better use a gentle push to determine zero point.

The grind size is inconsistent so need to grind a few times. At least the lowest setting is the smallest grind size possible. Subsequent grinds are much lighter.

The problem with the inconsistent size is due to the flimsy washer. It allows the burr to move slightly. A more solid washer made from epoxy paste may reduce the burr movement. The washer can just be reinforced with some safe materials.
