25g roasted for 1 minute 35 s first, 1 minute 20 s second, and 1 minute 5 seconds for subsequent roasts. Mosquito wire mesh used to stop chaff from flying around.
20 g of the Brazil Santos. 30 s to 40 g but not consistent. Sometimes, up to 70 g but attempts to grind finer by half scale, stops the flow. 3 bursts of water spray.

Pesakit Dialisis Boleh Sembuh Dengan Kurang Nasi Sahaja

Dalam 3 tahun, berat badan turun dan ubat berkurangan. Doktor ini tidak melanggar guideline Nephrology yang mesti rendah protin tapi untuk pesakit yang tiada sakit metabolik, iaitu diabetis atau insulin resistant. Jadi boleh lah lebih protein tapi doktor ini tidak pun rekomen Carnivore atau Keto. Cuma low carb. Tidak pun mengharamkan nasi, cuma kurangkan sahaja. 50g sehari. Tekniknya ialah menasihati pesakit untuk makan nasi pada penghujung makan. Makan dan minum lauk dulu sampai kenyang atau puas(satiate), penghujung saja baru makan nasi. 30-Tahun Otak Rosak Pulih oleh 2 Bulan Carnivore

  Dr. Chaffee pernah tengok seorang yang timpang di sebabkan oleh stroke, selama 30 tahun, sembuh sepenuhnya dengan makan secara Carnivore, iaitu daging dengan lemak sahaja. Sepatutnya, selepas 2 tahun sel otak tidak boleh di baiki. Tapi ada orang masih boleh sembuh dengan memakan secara Carnivore sahaja selama 2 bulan.
