Nescafé Espresso

Espresso

10 g with 40 g of hot water is too bitter.

60 g tastes better and still not watery, but not delicious.

Adding 120 g of milk, Macchiato style, doesn't remove the bitterness.

Cortado 1:4

240 g, flat four,  is also not enough.

Capuccino 1:6

360 g, Capuccino, is better. The bitterness is gone but the coffee taste still remains, all without adding sugar.

Cold Macchiato 1:2

5 g Nescafé Classic with 50 g of hot water then cooled to warm. Tasted slightly bitter but manageable. Added with 120 g of Desa Pasteurised Milk, cold, 3 Deg C, shaken inside its container to produce reasonable bubble and even the white froth. Tasted delicious.
